A huge huge thank you to Lorraine for all your help in assisting me with the 'Best of British bracelet' and the extra charms. I rec'd it today Saturday and am thrilled to bits with it and also with the carriage with the crown charm. Perfect. Thank you again for your your help and personal assistance and no trouble to you at all ringing when you should be finished work.

Good Afternoon,
I would just like to drop you a quick note to express my sincerest thanks for my replacement necklace. It arrived this morning, and is perfect.
It is so refreshing to deal with a company with such excellent customer service, planning a wedding can be stressful and I was very worried when one of my items had arrived in less than perfect condition. However from the initial response I had via email (Thanks Heather!) through to the arrival this morning, I cannot fault the level of customer care I have received from you.
You have restored my faith in buying online!
