We try our best to meet the delivery timescales quoted but there may be a delay when we are very busy such as during a sale, promotion or Christmas. There will be no deliveries or collections during bank holidays.

UK Standard Delivery - Despatched via Royal Mail's Tracked 48® Service

  • Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-5 days
  • Online tracking via SMS and/or email notifications
  • No signature is required
  • If the recipient is not in, the order will be placed through the letter-box or taken to the local Royal Mail office for collection

UK Express Delivery - Despatched via Royal Mail's Tracked 24® Service

  • Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day (not guaranteed)
  • 96% of orders placed before 2pm are delivered the next working day
  • Online tracking via SMS and/or email notifications
  • No signature is required
  • If the recipient is not in, the order will be placed through the letter-box or taken to the local Royal Mail collection point for collection

UK Premium Delivery - Despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery

  • Royal Mail deliver the next working day before 1pm
  • Orders for guaranteed delivery the next day have to be placed by 2pm
  • Order placed after 2pm on a Friday will be delivered the next Tuesday
  • A Signature is required
  • If the recipient is not in, the order will be taken to the local Royal Mail collection point

Saturday Delivery - Despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery

  • Royal Mail will deliver before 1pm on the next Saturday
  • Orders for guaranteed delivery on the next Saturday have to be placed by 2pm Friday
  • Order placed after 2pm on a Friday will be delivered the next Saturday
  • A Signature is required
  • If the recipient is not in, the order will be taken to the local Royal Mail collection point

UK non-mainland

We do deliver to the Northern Ireland / the Scottish Islands / the Isle of Man / the Isles of Scilly, but please allow an extra 1 - 2 days for your delivery.


Channel Islands

We do deliver to the Channel Islands, but please allow an extra 1 - 2 days for your delivery.


Unexpected delays

Please note that at times of severe weather; strike action or terrorism then there may be unexpected delays to our delivery service. At these times, we will work our delivery partners to minimise disruption and to keep you informed as much as possible.


Lost in Transit

We are confident that your order will be delivered when we say it will. On the very rare occasion that something goes wrong, and you wish to make a claim, then please fill in a Lost in Post claim form which can be downloaded here :- Lost in post claim form

Please note that we will not process a claim for lost in transit until 14 days after the goods were despatched to you. All claims must be made within 28 working days of the despatch.


Delivery FAQ

We deliver to: UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO. Our customer services team can answer any questions you may have about deliveries, your order or our website. We reserve the right to not deliver an order if we believe the order is not secure, e.g. to a PO Box or communal address. If this affects an order you have placed we will notify you as soon as possible.

Our delivery options are subject to availability and working days and exclude public holiday. We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas (see the list above.) If you have any questions about your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We all like to be kept informed about our deliveries, so when you place an order online with us, we’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as we have received it. We will also send you an email when the order has been collected by the Royal Mail. They will then contact you on the day that the order is out for delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot. If you choose premium next day delivery and order before 14.00, or if you choose Saturday delivery, then you can be assured your order will arrive before 13.00 the day next day / or on Saturday. For all other orders, you will receive an email and / or SMS on the day that your order is out for delivery.
