We try our best to meet the delivery timescales quoted but there may be a delay when we are very busy such as during a sale or Christmas. There will be no deliveries or collections during bank holidays.

Some of the items on our website are made to your exact requirements. Bespoke or personalised items are special orders and do not qualify for a full refund or exchange. We may be able to resize the item at a cost of 30% of the original item. Alternatively, we may offer a 70% refund.
All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery, engraving & applicable packaging costs will be charged in addition, such additional charges are clearly displayed at the basket page where applicable. Prices in printed publications are correct at the time of publication and John Greed reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice.
Prices of products may change from time to time and any sales or offers may be withdrawn without prior warning. If there is a price change or withdrawn offer after you have placed your order we will contact you as soon as possible to either reconfirm or cancel your order.
What packaging will I receive?
Orders under £35.00 will be sent with a flat pack, they will fit through your letterbox & you will not need to be home to receive it. If your order is above £35.00 you will receive packaging.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to: UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO and some European & international destinations. Our customer services team can answer any questions you may have about deliveries, your order or our website.
We reserve the right to not deliver an order if we believe the order is not secure, e.g. to a PO Box or communal address. If this affects an order you have placed we will notify you as soon as possible.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Our delivery options are subject to availability and working days and exclude public holiday. We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas (see list above).
Things we can't do much about:
- Severe weather
- Strike action
But we would like to!
All postal losses or delays will be dealt with no sooner than 14 working days. To make a claim, a Lost in Post Claim Form must be completed. All claims must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch.
How will I know when my order been dispatched?
We all like to be kept informed about our deliveries, so when you place an order online with us, we’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as our dispatch team has processed and shipped your order to let you know it’s on its way.
We’ll tell you the expected delivery date of your order and give a track and trace number for all deliveries that need a signature so you can see the progress your order has made.
Can you give me an exact delivery time or date?
If you select our Express (Next Day) or Saturday or Sunday delivery Express Pak you will receive an email with the date of the delivery and a one hour estimated delivery window. If you are unavailable at the allocated time you can change the delivery to another day if you sign up to our website with your mobile number. This means that our courier can can text you the details when the order has been dispatched.
