Human Resources Manager

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of Company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Skills and Person Specification:
  • 3 years+ working experience as an HR manager
  • Human Resources related qualifications (relevant degree desirable)
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Experience of dealing with disciplinary procedures
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Able to respond to and effectively prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, email etc.

PANDORA Assistant Manager

Job Purpose:

Effectively assist in managing the day-to-day operation in a fast paced luxury brand environment, delivering an exceptional customer service experience in the PANDORA concept store. You will support the Store Manager in motivating the team to achieve high KPI performance, maximising sales and meeting agreed sales targets and help create a happy working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Ambassador

  • Deputise for the Store Manager at all times.
  • Ensure all store standards are maintained to a consistently high standard as per PANDORA guidelines.
  • Ensure all employees are presentable & are following the PANDORA Style Guide.
  • Ensure all employees are effective brand ambassadors and wear current PANDORA jewellery.


  • Work with Store Manager to drive store performance.
  • Review KPI performance weekly and suggest ideas to improve this.
  • Support PANDORA Incentive Calendar & store incentives to drive this.
  • Ability to complete the PANDORA weekly Trade Report.
  • Support effective staff scheduling according to the peak trade periods of the day and week.
  • Ensure that PANDORA VM guidelines are strictly adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure that all VM is reflecting store & PANDORA bestsellers at all times.
  • Reconcile all daily transactions.
  • Manage cash, card and gift card purchases.

  • Manage weekly service observations to ensure consistently high standards of service and selling.
  • Process all customer returns as per PANDORA guidelines and ensure that the customer is fully updated.
  • Manage all customer complaints so issues are resolved promptly and appropriately.
  • Ensure all employees are aware of how to deal with customer returns and complaints effectively.

  • Ordering of PANDORA packaging in line with guidelines to ensure optimum levels at all times.

Skills and Person Specification:
  • Minimum 3 years Store Management experience with a leading retailer or luxury goods brand

Graphics & Photography Manager (Maternity Cover)

Job Purpose:

To manage and develop the creative function within a thriving ecommerce company, ensuring fresh, original images and designs are produced in line with the company’s values and corporate brand. To manage and coordinate the creative team; working in partnership with other departments to ensure all visuals across web, retail and all channels are produced to a high quality and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Junior Data Analyst

Job Purpose:

To assist the team in providing timely, accurate and relevant information to assist all areas of the business to meet KPIs and maximise profitability. Assist with the day to day database support requirements as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure delivery of timely and relevant business information to drive performance improvement and efficiency across all areas of the business.
